A LARGE PROFESSIONAL TRAJECTORY IN MALLORCA

We had bought a piece of land which was in a special location, against a mountain and overlooking the sea. We wanted to work with a local architect who would build something which was modern but sympathetic with the landscape. Miguel seemed to be the right man for the job. Miguel has a clear vision of what needs to be achieved and makes sure that the vision is properly executed. However, he is flexible enough to spot and take advantage of new opportunities during the build phase. He is good at handling the sometimes frustrating planning procedures ont he island. He grasped what we needed very quickly and produced plans from the beginning which met our requirements. The house has exceeded our expectations in many ways.
